"There is a saying that goes something like “integrity is doing the right thing even when nobody else is watching“. Anthony went above and beyond to help my family get the best coverage for the lowest price. Initially, we were overcharged by State Farm, Anthony said he would take care of it and we would see a credit. As we were hanging up, he told me he was going to look and see if there were any other discounts that we would be eligible for. I just assumed that was a nice, generic way to end the call and make me feel better. I didn’t expect to actually hear from him with more discounts. Much to my surprise, I received a call from Anthony today saying that our monthly installment will be just under $300 lower each month, while still having the same coverage!!! He stated that he was able to find some other discounts, work things out differently… He did the right thing just because he said that he would. That’s integrity! I honestly did not expect to hear from him. He did not have to look further to try and find us even more discounts, but he is a conscientious person, and he did what he said he was going to do, even though I never would’ve known otherwise.
